“My narrative based projects, which encompass various media including drawings, writing, installation and time based work, explore the dynamic, interwoven relationship between the past and the present. Drawing on a wide range of sources, my process is part detective work and part imaginative speculation. Research is central to my process. I love the surprise of an unplanned discovery and value curiosity even if it seems to have no obvious quantifiable or measurable worth.”
